I was struggling with weight that I could not seem to lose, no matter how hard I seemed to try. I tried multiple diets: paleo, gluten free, vegan, sugar-free, but I didn’t notice much difference in my weight with any of them. I cut out processed foods, soda, red meat, alcohol, and started eating more vegetables. I was also working out 4 times a week. I was still having a hard time losing weight. I was feeling insecure and unhappy with my body.
I met with Susan from The Leap Protocol, who told me that if my hormones, or adrenals are unbalanced, that I could be eating all of the right foods while still having a tough time dropping the pounds. I had no idea! By the end of this program I had lost 18 pounds!! My confidence has gone up tremendously and I am so much more comfortable in my own skin. What a blessing. I am so thankful for the Leap Protocol program. Before starting it I was experiencing brain fog and had low energy. My menstrual cycles were irregular and I was feeling bloated the majority of my days. (I’m 32 years old and not yet going through menopause). I also had a little bit of stubborn weight I was trying to lose.
After just the first week of the program I noticed that my energy had picked up. By the end of the first month I was shocked at how much clearer my thinking was, and my energy had improved more. By month two my menstrual cycle had regulated to 28 days for the first time in over a year!
I completed the program 6 months ago and my menstrual cycles have still been regular, I am not feeling easily fatigued, and my thinking has remained clear and focused. I also lost about 12 pounds by the end of it! Thanks again!!

I decided to try this program because I was having trouble sleeping. I would fall asleep fairly quickly, but would almost always wake up in the middle of the night and would have a difficult time falling back asleep. Because of my disrupted sleep I was frequently irritable and tired during the day.
By the second week of the program I was sleeping through the night! I couldn’t believe it. For 15 years I had been struggling with staying asleep all night and in a matter of two weeks I was sleeping through the night and feeling rested when I woke. I started having more energy throughout the day and felt my mood lift.
An added bonus by the end of the program was that my normally thin, dry hair was fuller and softer. I wasn’t expecting that effect but I was thrilled about it. I would definitely recommend this program to others. Thank you so much Leap Protocol!
