I decided to try this program because I was having trouble sleeping. I would fall asleep fairly quickly, but would almost always wake up in the middle of the night and would have a difficult time falling back asleep. Because of my disrupted sleep I was frequently irritable and tired during the day. By the second week of the program I was sleeping through the night! I couldn’t believe it. For 15 years I had been struggling with staying asleep all night and in a matter of two weeks I was sleeping through the night and feeling rested when I woke. I started having more energy throughout the day and felt my mood lift. An added bonus by the end of the program was that my normally thin, dry hair was fuller and softer. I am so thankful for the Leap Protocol program. Before starting it I was experiencing brain fog and had low energy. My menstrual cycles were irregular and I was feeling bloated the majority of my days. (I’m 32 years old and not yet going through menopause). I also had a little bit of stubborn weight I was trying to lose. After just the first week of the program I noticed that my energy had picked up. By the end of the first month I was shocked at how much clearer my thinking was, and my energy had improved more. By month two my menstrual cycle had regulated to 28 days for the first time in over a year! I completed the program 6 months ago and my menstrual cycles have still been regular, I am not feeling easily fatigued, and my thinking has remained clear and focused. I also lost about 12 pounds by the end of it! Thanks again!!

I just wanted to take the time to thank you all for your help. I had been dealing with hot flashes and night sweats for quite some time. I would say that I was getting either one of these at least 5 days a week. I can’t explain how awkward it is getting hot flashes throughout the day. I’d be at the grocery store and then all of a sudden intense hot flash would come on and I would have to immediately take off my jacket and start fanning myself excessively until my body temperature felt more normal. While sleeping I would get these crazy nights sweats where’d I’d wake up completely drenched (almost as if someone had just poured a bucket of water on me) and I would have to change my shirt before going back to bed. Because my sleep was disrupted, I wasn’t feeling rested when I woke up in the morning. After a night where I woke up TWICE drenched in sweat, I decided it was time to find some real relief. I found out about this program, The Leap Protocol, and decided, “what the heck let’s give it a go.” In a matter of a few weeks I was experiencing fewer hot flashes and night sweats. I finished the program about 4 months ago and I haven’t had a single hot flash or night sweat in 4 and a half months! I feel so much better and I’m sleeping well. I was struggling with weight that I could not seem to lose, no matter how hard I seemed to try. I tried multiple diets: paleo, gluten free, vegan, sugar-free, but I didn’t notice much difference in my weight with any of them. I cut out processed foods, soda, red meat, alcohol, and started eating more vegetables. I was also working out 4 times a week. I was still having a hard time losing weight. I was feeling insecure and unhappy with my body. The Leap 2 Better Healthl…there’s so much I can say about how this program changed me both physically and mentally. Prior to the 6-month protocol, I struggled with low energy and an inability to think clearly. I thought to myself, how could this be? I’m 27 years old and should be in my prime! However, I constantly felt the need to sleep or pound coffee to get my energy reserves up. Mentally, I felt like I couldn’t compute simple things and found it difficult to focus for long periods of time. This affected everything in my life. Leap 2 Better Health Team, I went through menopause about 4 years ago. Ever since then my sex drive drastically decreased. On the days where I felt like my sex drive was a little higher, I would experience vaginal dryness that made sex extremely uncomfortable and completely killed the mood. I was also finding it harder and harder to get out of bed in the mornings. I would wake up already feeling fatigued, counting the hours until I could lay back down again. I had to talk myself into getting up or I would have to plan outings so that I had a reason to get up each day. I felt like a stranger in my body. I was at the point where I was willing to try anything to feel like myself again. I heard about this program called, The Leap 2 Protocol, met with Susan, the functional nutritionist in the program, and we both decided I was a good candidate for the program. I was looking forward to having some direction on what to do to feel better. By the end of the second week I was finding it much easier to get out of bed in the mornings.
