6 Effective Hair Loss Home Remedies

Hair condition plays a deciding role in styling your look. Unfortunately, hair loss is a problem that many people suffer from. Several factors can be behind hair loss, such as environmental effects, aging, too much stress, excessive smoking, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, genetic factors, etc.

There are around 100,000 strands of hair on your scalp, and it is considered fairly typical to lose 50 to 100 strands of hair each day. However, if you begin to lose more than that, it is imperative that you take action to prevent the loss of your hair from progressing to baldness or bald spots.

Many readily available ingredients can be used to treat hair loss at home.

1. Hair Oil Massage
It would be best if you massage your scalp with suitable hair oil as soon as you see any signs of hair loss starts. Increased blood flow to the hair follicles may be achieved by massaging the scalp and hair properly.

Relaxation and stress reduction will also be enhanced as a result of using this remedy. For example, coconut or almond oil, olive oil; castor oil; amla, and other hair oils are all acceptable options to consider. For better and faster effects, mix a few drops of rosemary essential oil with the base oil.

2. Fenugreek
Fenugreek, commonly known as methi, is a herb that has proven to be quite helpful in treating hair loss. Fenugreek seeds contain hormone antecedents that promote hair development while also helping in the renewal of hair follicles. They also include substances that stimulate the growth of new hair.

One cup of fenugreek seeds should be soaked in water overnight. In the morning, grind them into a paste with a bit of water. Apply the paste to your hair and cover it with a shower cap to prevent it from drying out. Rinse your hair after approximately 40 minutes. For a month, be sure you use this remedy every morning.

3. Onion Juice
The high sulfur content of onion juice aids in the treatment of hair loss by improving blood circulation to the hair follicles and helping in the regeneration of hair follicles. By shredding and straining one onion, you can get the juice out of it.

Directly apply the juice to the scalp. Leave it on for approximately 30 minutes before washing it off. After that, wash your hair. For many weeks, repeat this treatment two or three times a week.

4. Aloe Vera
Aloe vera contains enzymes that are directly associated with the promotion of healthy hair growth.
Regular usage can also help to ease scalp irritation, reduce scalp redness and inflammation, strengthen and shine to hair, and eliminate dandruff, among other benefits. Both aloe vera gel and aloe vera juice will be effective.

5. Coconut Milk
Coconut milk is high in protein and vital fats, both of which help to encourage hair development and prevent hair loss.

When applied to the hair, coconut milk produces noticeable benefits quickly. Apply the milk thoroughly on your scalp and through your hair. Leave it on for around 20 minutes before washing your hair. To increase the effectiveness of the treatment, you can mix black pepper and powdered fenugreek seeds into coconut milk before using it.

6. Licorice Root
Licorice roots have calming qualities that expand pores, soothe the scalp, and help get rid of irritations like dry flakes. Dandruff, hair loss, and baldness can all be treated with this treatment.

One cup milk, one tablespoon crushed licorice root, and a quarter teaspoon saffron. It should be mixed appropriately. At night, apply the paste to bald spots and let it on overnight. Wash your hair first thing in the morning.
